I often vacation in Budva, and this time we came to Guest House Zec on a recommendation. When we arrived, the reception staff greeted us warmly. One young man noticed we were tired and that our room was on another floor—he told us to rest and that he’d bring our luggage. The breakfast was wonderful and served on-site. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

I would gladly give more than ten stars. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, communicative, and courteous. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are tidy. Set back from the street, it’s quiet and perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Nearby you'll find everything you need: a large Mega Market, pharmacy, bakery, many restaurants/cafés, and fast-food spots. The buffet breakfast was superb, and private parking is a rare plus in Budva. Highly recommended—we’ll be back!

The breakfast was excellent and varied—different every morning in generous portions. The Zec family are outstanding hosts—more than kind and always ready to help!

The breakfast buffet was excellent—daily menu changes, choice of two desserts, tea, coffee, fruit juice, various teas, coffee, yogurt, and milk. The restaurant is impeccably clean with pleasant music and even a play area for children. You can dine indoors or outside, and if you go on excursions they prepare a packed lunch for you.

Highly recommended. Everything was great. The owners and staff are very kind. Having private parking is a huge plus in my opinion.
